When I ordered I thought it was a package deal. It was not, and Musicians “Friend” doesn’t seem to care. I will never order from them again.
Same night a manager from Musicians Friend contacted me and sent out the rest of the package. Late and a bit of a run around, but i will call them “friend” again.

The Keyboard does NOT include the stand, headphones or power-supply, as is pictured. DON’T order this thinking you might receive these items. I just spent 35 minutes on the phone arguing why I should get the items. It didn’t work. And I now have two keyboards without the accessories.

For the money this is a great keyboard. Great sound, totally compatible with computer programs, and full of hundreds of tones and rhythms. The only thing that I would warn potential buyers about is it doesn’t come with an ac adapter or power cord so you’ll have to buy one of those on your own. Not a huge deal, but a bummer if you’re waiting for an instrument and then get it and can’t turn it on.

My daughter and son will get plenty of use from this high quality product. I sincerely want to think the company for getting this to me. I enjoy even playing it myself. The grand piano tone is fantastic! Great value as well!

Looks like Casio is better now, this is very complete, it doesnt sounds perfect like as if u where hearing a deep acoustic piano but for its price is allright im sure u can practice in it getting acceptable sounds. If you dont want to spend too much and get something usable i recommend it.
